All memberships include Myers Family Wellness Center for those members over age 16. Effective 11/1/09.

There is a 6% discount for those people who pay their membership in full. All memberships are a one year commitment and can be deducted from your checking account each month.
MEMBERSHIP DEFINITIONS:
Family – Husband & wife plus all children living in one home and full time college students. All children claimed on federal tax form as a dependent. Youth must have reached their sixth birthday for full membership privileges.
Husband/Wife, Single Parent, or Full-Time College Family – Parent plus all children living in one home and full time college students. All children claimed on federal tax form as a dependent. Youth must have reached their sixth birthday for full membership privileges. One adult must be a full-time college student.
Adult – Anyone over age 18 and not yet 65 (not still in high school).
Full-Time College Student – Full-time college student taking the minimum required load.
Youth – Age 6 to 17 or high school student.
Preschool – Age 0 to 5 (this membership is offered to reduce program fees only).
Senior Citizen – Age 65 and over.
*Monthly checkfree is under a bank draft plan. This plan is a monthly membership with a one year commitment and will continue until a member requests cancellation in writing to the YMCA Membership Committee. Anyone canceling his or her membership prior to their one year commitment will be responsible for one month’s fee after the stoppage of their membership.

YMCA Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
Sales tax will be added on to your membership.
Checkfree includes a 1/2% annual amount for service charges and overhead.
