Tai Chi can help a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, joint stiffness, stress and menopause symptoms. Tai Chi can improve posture, flexibility and strength. People of all ages and fitness levels can practice Tai Chi and gain health benefits.

Join one of our certified trainers and a group of four total people to reach your greatest potential. These groups will meet twice a week for 6 weeks to focus on a specific goal. We will offer different groups focusing on weight loss, muscle building, sport performance and more.
