SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA
A complete series of seated and standing yoga poses increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation reduces stress and improves mental clarity.
SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT
Increase cardiovascular and muscular strength with a standing circuit workout. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Use a chair for support, stretching, and relaxation.
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
Exercises increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls and chairs are used.
SILVER SNEAKERS BOOM MIND
Strength. Confidence. Flexibility. Mind takes the best from yoga and Pilates and combines them into one fusion class. Designed to relax the body and mind with peaceful music and invigorating movements. The focus of this class is on core muscles, lower body strength and balance.
SILVER SNEAKERS BOOM MUSCLE
Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.
