SILVER SNEAKERS STABILITY
The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA
A complete series of seated and standing yoga poses increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation reduces stress and improves mental clarity.
SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT
Increase cardiovascular and muscular strength with a standing circuit workout. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Use a chair for support, stretching, and relaxation.
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC
Exercises increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls and chairs are used.
