CLASSES OFFERED:

Parent & Child (Ages 1.5-3)

This class is designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years and their parent (or other adult guardian). This fun, interactive class introduces young children to basic gymnastics skills through guided activities, obstacle courses, movement, and age-appropriate equipment exploration.

Preschool 1 (Ages 3-4)

This class is a fun, structured introduction to gymnastics. Through age-appropriate instruction, children will learn basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and other preschool equipment while developing coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. This class will also focus on learning important preschool skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and building self-confidence. Coaches use creative activities and obstacle courses to keep young gymnasts engaged while fostering a love for movement and physical activity.

Preschool 2 (Ages 4-5)

This class builds upon fundamental movement skills while introducing more structured gymnastics instruction. Gymnasts will learn age-appropriate skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor while continuing to develop strength, coordination, balance, and body control. This class will also focus on further developing important preschool skills such as listening, following directions, sharing, and taking turns. Through skill stations, obstacle courses, and progressive drills, children will improve their physical abilities while developing independence and focus.

Beginner (Ages 6+)

This class is designed for school-age athletes who are new to gymnastics or looking to build a strong foundation of skills. Participants will learn fundamental techniques on vault, bars, beam, and floor while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness. Gymnasts will work on basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps, swings, and other introductory skills while building confidence and learning the fundamentals of the sport.

Intermediate (Ages 6+)

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered the Beginner class skills and are ready to progress to more advanced skills. Athletes will work on more challenging skills, combinations, and drills while increasing confidence and body control. Intermediate Gymnastics is ideal for students who have completed a beginner program or have prior gymnastics experience and are ready to take the next step in their gymnastics journey.

This class requires approval or recommendation from a gymnastics coach prior to registration. If you are unsure whether your child is eligible, please contact the Gymnastics Director before enrolling. Any participant registered without approval will not be added to the class roster, and the class fee will not be refunded.

Beginner Tumbling (Ages 6-12)

This class is designed for athletes who want to develop their floor-based gymnastics skills. Athletes will work on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and other tumbling progressions based on their individual skill level. Classes incorporate drills, and skill development exercises to help participants safely build confidence and progress toward more advanced tumbling skills. This class does NOT include time on other gymnastics equipment (vault, bars, beam).

Pre-Team (Ages 6+)

Pre-Team is designed for athletes who have mastered the skills learned in Beginner & Intermediate classes. Pre-team has class twice a week, providing Gymnasts with extra time to learn the skills necessary to be on our competitive team. Gymnasts will receive more advanced instruction on all four events while refining foundational skills, learning new progressions, and building the discipline and confidence required for competitive gymnastics.

This class requires approval or recommendation from a gymnastics coach prior to registration. If you are unsure whether your child is eligible, please contact the Gymnastics Director before enrolling. Any participant registered without approval will not be added to the class roster, and the class fee will not be refunded.

Pre-Team classes run on 12 week sessions, rather than 6 week session, like all other gymnastics classes.

We offer high-quality instruction while ensuring that athletes still have fun doing what they love!
