Team Selection Process Update

To create a more balanced, competitive, and fun experience for all players, we are introducing a new team selection process this season.

Buddy requests and coach requests will no longer be accepted. Our goal is to evenly distribute talent across teams while giving players the opportunity to meet new teammates and build new friendships.

This season, teams will be formed through a Coach Draft Night, where players will be selected and placed on teams. This format helps create a more exciting league environment and ensures fair competition across all divisions.

Please note:

  • Coach’s children will remain on their parent’s team and will not be eligible to be drafted to another team.
  • All other players will be entered into the draft pool for team selection.
  • Siblings who are registered in the same division will be placed on the same team.

We understand this is a change from previous seasons, and we appreciate your support as we work to improve the overall experience for everyone involved. Our goal is to make the league more enjoyable, competitive, and rewarding for all players.

Thank you for helping us make this transition a success!

Why Our Combine Matters

Our Combine is a required part of the player evaluation process and serves several important purposes. It gives our coaching staff the opportunity to evaluate each athlete’s skills, athletic ability, effort, and coachability in a consistent environment. It also allows players to showcase their abilities in front of all participating coaches, ensuring every athlete has the same opportunity to make a strong impression.

The Combine is not just about measurements or drills—it’s about giving coaches firsthand information that helps them build balanced, competitive teams.

Attendance Requirement

Players who choose not to attend the Combine will not be included in the Coaches Pool.

The Coaches Pool is reserved for athletes who have completed the evaluation process. Without attending the Combine, coaches do not have the opportunity to fairly assess a player’s abilities alongside the rest of the participants. To maintain fairness and consistency for all players and coaches, only athletes who participate in the Combine are eligible to be selected from the Coaches Pool.

We understand that emergencies and unavoidable circumstances can arise. If a player cannot attend due to an exceptional situation, they should contact league administration as soon as possible to discuss their circumstances.

Our goal is to provide every player with a fair evaluation and every coach with the information needed to draft and develop competitive teams. Requiring Combine participation helps us achieve that standard for everyone involved.
