Level 1: Best for swimmers developing competitive swimming skills & technique. This level will practice 2 days a week and be able to attend a 2 day introductory clinic on November 20th & 21st. This is an age appropriate introduction to competitive swimming allowing for participation in the sport without the burnout over the long season.
Level 2: Best for swimmers ready to develop technique, endurance and speed. Swimmers will commit to 3 practices per week and will participate in 1 dry-land activity per week. Perfect for swimmers who have competitive swimming experience but are wanting a lighter practice load for the long winter swim season.
Level 3: Best for experienced competitive swim team swimmers. These swimmers are encouraged to participate in all 4 practices per week and will also participate in 2 dry-land activities per week. These swimmers will work on continuing to refine their technique, build endurance and gain speed through the winter swim season.
Middle School Swimmers: These will be middle school swimmers who are joining the Aqua Aces AFTER their regular season ends. These swimmers are considered Level 3 with the same expectations of attending all 4 practices offered through the remainder of the winter swim season.
