The Ashland YMCA offers family group parties and room rentals that provide the perfect venue and have rooms available for your get-together! The Y is the place to have your next corporate meeting, training event, birthday party, baby shower, or family reunion!

Party Rental Options:

POOL PARTY

Have a wet and wild birthday at the Y! Includes 1 hour of swim time and 1 hour in the party room. Up to 25 swimmers in the pool per lifeguard. $20 for every additional lifeguard. 

  • Members $100
  • Non-Members $150

SPORTS PARTY

Enjoy a sports-themed party and get the kids moving. You will have access to 1 of our full courts where you have options like playing baseball, football, and other activities. This party follows with an hour in the party room. 

  • Members $80
  • Non-Members $130

GYMNASTICS PARTY

Explore our gymnastics gym and play on an assortment of equipment: bouncy air floor, small trampoline, balance beams, bars, etc. This party is 45 minutes total in the gymnastics room and 1 hour in the party room

Individual Rentals:

Banquet Room

We offer a wide variety of banquet hall rentals for birthday parties, baby showers, retirement parties, holiday parties, corporate parties, and more. Most importantly our banquet room for rent is very affordable. 

  • Members $25/hr
  • Non-Members $50/hr

Two Hours:

Individual Rentals
Thank you for spending your special day at the Ashland Family YMCA! Here are a few things you should know before using our facility:
*  You may set up your party room 1 hour before the rental begins and have 30 minutes to clean up afterward.
*  Pool, gymnastics, or sports activities must be completed first before your hour in the party room.
*  A 50% deposit is due at the time of the approved rental with the balance due 10 days prior to rental date.
*  Cancellations must be made in person 10 days in advance or you forfeit 50% of your deposit.
Once the above terms have been read, I do agree to finalizing a party here at the Ashland Family YMCA.
