This class combines fun, easy-to-follow dance routines with heart-pumping cardio exercises to help you burn calories, tone your muscles, and boost your overall fitness. Each class is set to an upbeat playlist featuring a mix pop, hip hop, and dance hits that will keep you motivated from start to finish. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking to have fun while working out, this class is perfect for anyone wanting to move their body and improve their fitness.

What to expect:

  • Energetic dance routines inspired by jazz, hip hop, and Latin styles
  • Full-body workout targeting core, arms, legs, and glutes
  • Choreography breakdowns so everyone can follow along; no experience needed!

Jazz/Hip Hop Fusion Class (ages 5-18+)

Get ready to move in our Beginner Jazz/Hip Hop Combo Class, where you’ll experience the best of both styles in one fun, rotating program! Each week, we’ll alternate between jazz technique and the high-energy, freestyle vibe of Hip Hop, giving you a well-rounded introduction to two exciting dance genres.

What to expect:

  • Jazz week – focus on clean lines, technical skills, and learning choreography
  • Hip Hop week – dive into rhythmic grooves and freestyle-based movement with fun, energetic routines
  • Choreography breakdowns – step-by-step guidance for each style, making it perfect for beginners as you will learn a small combo each week
  • Dynamic class where you can learn, sweat, and express yourself

Attire: athleticwear, sneakers + jazz shoes
