The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time.


A complete series of seated and standing yoga poses increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation reduces stress and improves mental clarity.


Increase cardiovascular and muscular strength with a standing circuit workout. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. Use a chair for support, stretching, and relaxation.


Exercises increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls, and chairs are used.
