An introduction to ballet and performance. Children will explore the movement of ballet in an exciting and engaging way.
In this class, students will further explore the movement of ballet and gain an introduction to tap. Students will receive a half-hour of ballet technique and a half-hour of tap.
Students will continue to learn and heighten their technique in the art of tap dancing.
This class practices three times per week. Students will further develop ballet techniques at a higher level.
Adults will be provided with a fun and exciting exercise class based on ballet. The focus will be on building core strength, balance, and movement that can be altered or low impact exercise.
