An introduction to dance using creative movement. Students will learn ket basics in an exciting and engaging way. Through games and activities, children will develop spatial awareness, balance, rhythm, and coordination. No previous experience necessary.
This class will introduce basic ballet technique while developing posture, musicality, coordination, and creative expression through movement.
This class will cover basic ballet and tap positions. The focus will be centered on developing proper body posture and alignment while learning a sense of musical awareness and movement.
In this class, students will practice 2 or 3 days a week (your choice) and explore ballet at a higher level.
Students will continue to learn and heighten their technique in the art of tap dancing. Previous dance experience is required.
Jazz is a rhythmic and upbeat style of dance that focuses on isolations of the body, proper alignment, leaps, kicks, and turns. Previous dance experience is required.
Adults will be provided with a fun and exciting exercise class based on ballet. The focus will be on building core strength, balance, and movement that can be altered or low impact exercise.
