Yoga Faith

Join us for gentle yoga and movement to benefit balance, strength, flexibility, recovery, and harmony. Bring your mat or use one provided. Or you may use a chair for support. Each session will include The Serenity Prayer and reading of scriptures. 6:30-7:30 pm Mondays, Multi-purpose room.
